Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped from our shop within 1-3 working days. Once picked up and scanned in by our courier, orders shipped within the UK may take 2-3 working days to arrive, depending on location.

EU orders 1 week and International orders typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

Please note: international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.

Any customs or import charges incurred with the return of your candles/melts/diffusers are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by "Ric n’Gus Candles". If unsure please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

We offer the shipping costs on all purchases with value higher than 25,00£ (UK). In case of a return of 1 or more articles of that purchase, we will deduct the value/costs of the original shipping from the refund you are entitled.

Every costs with admin fees and customs are from the buyer responsibility and will be deducted from any refund the buyer is entitled.
